We are looking for an experienced training adviser to assess learners on the Level 2 Commis Chef and Level 3 Chef de Partie apprenticeships. The role would involve visiting apprentices in a variety of hospitality settings, to assess, coach and mentor apprentices, supporting them to develop into well rounded hospitality professionals with the highest standards.
Successful applicants will have a level 3 or above qualification and be willing to work towards and gain their assessor qualification. They will also have experience of working back of house and as a chef and have a passion for supporting others to develop their confidence and practice. A full clean driving licence and your own transport is essential.
