We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, suitably-qualified person to carry out an extensive range of administrative duties and support the Deputy Heads and staff, predominantly, at our Upper School site.
This is a full-time post.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, good personal presentation and a friendly and confident manner alongside a well-organised and methodical approach to work. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also key attributes. Applicants must have appropriate computer skills and be proficient in all areas. Knowledge and experience of databases and Microsoft Office will be required. In addition to good social skills, the need to be organised, punctual and efficient in managing workloads is vital. Experience in an administration role is essential (ideally within a school context).
