Fixed term until July 2023 

We are seeking a friendly, caring and responsible individual to join St Swithun’s as soon as possible until July 2023 as a weekend boarding assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may want to consider a teaching role in the future, or another profession working with young people.

You will be happy to adapt and take on a variety of tasks to ensure that the girls in the boarding houses are happy and well looked after. You will provide practical support and pastoral care to the girls in the boarding houses and be aware of the importance of being a role model.

You will work across our boarding houses and support the residential staff to ensure the smooth running of the boarding houses.

This is a casual role, hours of work will vary and depend on the availability of work to be done.
